During the time we've been active in the casual games business, we've created an extensive distribution network. Our far-reaching contacts in the industry as well as superior contractual relationships with major Web portals and resellers have led to solid sales. We've also developed and are enhancing our own specialized resources, including our Web store at www.alawar.com, its Russian counterpart www.alawar.ru, our CD store at cd.alawar.ru, our file archive at www.gamextazy.com, our Breakout-themed Web site at www.arkanoid.com and our specialized Web site at www.alagame.com.

In the West, we've established fruitful parterships with several major companies which resell and promote our games, including RealNetworks, ShockWave, Yahoo! Games, Tucows, C|Net, RegNow and many others. Moreover, we'll be using the Alawar Games Showroom Network to broaden the sales channels for our casual games.

On top of online distribution, Alawar Entertainment is actively publishing its own games on CD. Our casual games collection is well-known all over the world, from the U.S. and Canada to France, Germany, Holland, Italy, South Korea, Australia, Mexico, Poland and many other countries. Since 2004, we've sold about 300 licenses for our games to be published on CD in 26 countries. All of our games can be licensed for publication on CD either alone or as part of a collection. In Russia, we cooperate with leading game publishers Buka, Noviy Disk and Mediahouse.
