Alawar Game Box

The Alawar Game Box technology was developed to enhance the distribution of our games via our Web sites and other affiliated resources. The technology requires the installation of the Game Box application onto the end user’s computer. Installation is brief since the program is only 1, 45 MB in size. In a nutshell, Alawar Game Box simplifies the user's access to our casual game archive. To download the application, click here.

Alawar Game Box is the perfect tool for end users, as it contains a catalog of our entire library of releases. What's more, the collection is organized according to a few basic categories, allowing users to find the kinds of games they'll enjoy with no trouble. In addition, each game has its own product page offering a short description, several screenshots and the system specs needed to run the release. Even better, the catalog is updated automatically, so users don't have to visit our Web site to get new games, product updates and news.

After selecting a product page, the user can download and install the game. Next, the game will appear in the "My Games" section of Alawar Game Box, where users can launch the application. After the trial period is over, the user will be given the option to purchase the registration code that turns off any time restrictions and unlocks the full game. Best of all, Alawar Game Box helps users keep a clean desktop since the one Alawar Game Box icon replaces the dozens of shortcuts that appear when installing multiple games.

For our partners and affiliates, Alawar Game Box serves as an additional distribution channel. For starters, its architecture allows a developer or publisher to customize the application to the needs of a particular company or Web site. This generates customer loyalty since the acquisition and launching of games takes place within the Game Box. The need to search alternate sources for game content is substantially decreased.
